Senior Director of Solutions Marketing

Mimecast is seeking a Senior Director of Solutions Marketing reporting to the VP Product Marketing who will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating our unique value proposition as a leader in cybersecurity. This highly visible and strategic role will require you to be innovative and creative in building clear differentiated platform and ecosystem messagingemphasizing how Human Risk Management integrates into the broader security infrastructure of enterprises. You will be instrumental in elevating Mimecasts market presence driving strategic initiatives and enabling Mimecasts global go-to-market teams.

What Youll Do :

• Messaging & Positioning :

Develop and deliver compelling differentiated messaging and positioning for Mimecasts platform with a focus on Human Risk Management as a critical component of enterprise security.

Create and deliver enablement tools training and resources to empower sales partners and customer success teams.

Act as a Mimecast spokesperson and subject matter expert at industry events webinars and in the media.

Lead the creation of high-impact content including solution briefs case studies presentations and multi-media assets to support the full customer journey.

Partner closely with Product Sales and Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Mimecasts platform and ecosystem.

What Youll Bring :

The base salary range for this position is $184000$276000 plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications experience and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
