Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Growing Professional Services Organization

We are partnering with a growing, multi-entity professional services organization that is searching for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the firm’s financial operations and support its continued expansion. This is a key executive role with oversight of finance, accounting, operational processes, and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management
• Oversee accounting, billing, AP / AR, and financial controls; drive process improvement and operational efficiency
• Partner with senior leadership to guide strategic planning and long-term financial strategy
• Support ongoing M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, deal execution, and post‑acquisition integration
• Build and refine scalable systems, tools, and workflows across the organization
• Manage banking relationships, lending activities, and capital structure
• Provide proactive insight into firm performance, KPIs, and growth opportunities
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing finance and accounting team
• Work closely with operational leaders to align financial strategy with business objectives
