Operations Manager
SERVPRO of Weston / West Davie Team Locandro has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager with experience in the Restoration industry. Industry experience is required. Local candidates only.
The Operations Manager leads, motivates, and supports a Production / Restoration / Reconstruction divisions to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. They oversee all operational activities and pursue operational objectives.
Primary responsibilities include :
- Continuously pursue strategic and operational objectives.
- Oversee the management of operational activities.
- Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure a positive customer and client experience.
- Manage staff development in all divisions.
- Work closely with Management to ensure operations remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and oversee protocols to maintain facility, vehicles, equipment, and consumables.
- Review, document, and discuss operational outcomes and key measures with Owners.
- Analyze the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity.
- Maintain the development of leadership and management skills, as well as Restoration expertise.
Education and experience requirements include :
Restoration Industry experience is required.Industry certifications strongly preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations.Minimum 3 years management experience.Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.Effective written and oral communication skills.Clean driving record.We are a drug free work environment.We conduct background screenings and employment verifications.Physical and work environment requirements include :
This is a management position routinely working in an office environment; however, field visits and field management will require jobsite activities.Occasional jobsite activities may involve lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, utilizing scaffolding or lifts, pushing / pulling / lifting / carrying objects, working around chemicals, and working overhead.While performing occasional jobsite duties, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites may be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety.
