Assessment Consultant (Healthcare)
The Assessment Consultant (Healthcare) is responsible for driving sales in their territory by leveraging deep knowledge of Clinical Assessment products to provide tailored solutions to customers. As thought leaders, they help clients adopt technology-enhanced assessment tools, drawing on professional expertise from formal education and field experience. The Clinical Assessment Consultant acts as a trusted advisor to Clinicians, and other Healthcare professionals, offering expertise in standardized assessments and digital solutions. Combining clinical knowledge with consultative sales, this role supports Clinicians with screening, evaluations, assessments, and better outcomes. Success requires driving business growth and meeting sales goals by identifying opportunities and delivering high-quality consultation. Focused on the healthcare market, the position partners with SLPs, OTs, and Psychologists to ensure solutions meet clinical needs. The main duties of an Assessment Consultant (Healthcare) include achieving annual territory revenue targets, anticipating customer needs, providing pre-sales consultation, supporting technology integration, and guiding customers through decision-making. A successful Assessment Consultant in this role will expand business and achieve sales targets by uncovering new, impactful opportunities and delivering high-quality consultation throughout the customer relationship.

The position requires a willingness to travel up to 30% of the time. The position also requires that the individual be comfortable in a relatively independent working environment, with primary contact with team members being virtual.
Assessment Consultant (Healthcare) will report to the designated Regional Sales Manager. Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows : Minimum full-time salary range is a base of $60,000.
