Diagnostic Software Engineer

Job Description :

• Develop / Design / Integrate diagnostics software solutions for servers, storage, and AI accelerator platforms.
• Identify automated testing and efficient issue resolution working in collaboration with hardware and firmware teams.
• Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance diagnostics.
• Integrate diagnostics with production and lab environments.
• Prepares document diagnostic procedures, tools and technical guides
• Develop automation tools and scripts for testing and validation.
• Design and implement diagnostic software for hardware platforms.
• Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
• Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
