Location : Wabash, IN (Remote)
Compensation : $75,000 - $85,000

Your Impact as Senior Accountant
In this role, you will :
Manage fixed asset accounting , including additions, disposals, depreciation, and monthly reconciliations
Oversee inventory and COGS accounting , including reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis
Prepare monthly P&L variance analyses across multiple locations and cost centers
Support month-end close with journal entries, schedules, and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with tax compliance , including data gathering for external tax advisors and support for state / local filings
Contribute to process improvements , standardization, and accounting policy updates
Support multi-entity accounting and provide insights to leadership as the organization continues to scale
What We're Looking For
Required :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2-5 years of experience (public accounting + industry strongly preferred)
Experience with fixed assets, inventory / COGS, and multi-entity accounting
Strong analytical ability with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with complex financial data
Preferred :
Exposure to state / local tax compliance
Systems experience with Sage Intacct, FloQast, or similar cloud-based accounting tools
