Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patient requirements and construct individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve daily living goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Employ evidence-based approaches designed to enhance motor functions, cognitive abilities, and everyday activities for patients
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, medical staff, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers : Provide insightful education on therapy methodologies that foster ongoing progress at home
• Track and Document Patient Growth : Monitor clinical advancements and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient progression
