Youll oversee the sales floor support our team with desk deals manage dealer trades and assist with finance-related duties. This position requires strong leadership excellent communication and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction and team development. RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead and support the sales team to meet and exceed monthly goals

Desk deals and assist sales staff with structuring transactions

Oversee dealer trades and inventory coordination

Collaborate with the finance department to ensure smooth deal flow

Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics

Train coach and motivate sales staff

Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures

Assist with hiring and onboarding of new sales team members

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS : Previous dealership Sales Manager or Finance Manager experience preferred

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Ability to desk deals and understand finance structures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Ability to work independently and proactively

Comfortable with dealership software and reporting tools

Commitment to business growth and daily development
