What You’ll Do :

Install vinyl graphics, wallpaper, wall coverings, decals, and signage with care and precision.

Travel to job sites (local and regional) to complete onsite installations in retail, office, and construction environments.

Troubleshoot installation challenges on the fly and adapt quickly to client needs.

Safely use ladders, lifts, hand tools, and power tools safely and confidently.

Production Assistance - Help make signs and other products we sell. Involves the use of saws, lasers, and other woodworking tools.

Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional, positive attitude.

Perform quality checks , prep projects for shipping, and keep digital records of completed jobs.

Assist with packaging and coordinating outgoing shipments.

Stay Organized – Manage schedules, track orders, and keep things running smoothly.

Communicate & Collaborate – Work closely with our team to ensure customers stay informed and satisfied.

What We’re Looking For :

1+ years of installation experience (vinyl, signage, wall wraps, or related).

Familiarity with common tools and installation equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Excellent communication skills—friendly, professional, and clear.

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines independently or with a team.

A customer-first attitude—genuinely enjoy helping others.

Problem-solving skills—quick thinking and a proactive approach.

Team player—work well with others to get the job done.

Time management—stay organized in a deadline-driven environment.

Clean driving record and ability to drive company vehicle when needed

Must-Haves :

High school diploma or equivalent

Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts

Ability to stand / move for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Must be at least 18 years old

BONUS POINTS FOR :

Experience in a print production environment.

Flexibility for occasional early starts or late finishes (if needed for installs).
