Job Title : Instructional Designer

Location : Remote (Open to Any Time Zone)

Job Summary :

  • Join our team as an Instructional Designer, where you'll play a crucial role in crafting engaging and effective learning materials. Collaborate with experts to design and implement content that enhances understanding and compliance through our client's Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work with subject matter experts to develop clear and engaging online course materials.
  • Create and update storyboards, simulations, and multimedia to enrich learning experiences.
  • Align instructional content with learning objectives and best practices for online education.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Contribute to a dynamic team of instructional designers on fast-paced projects.

    • Skills Required :

  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in instructional design, focusing on interactive content.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in biotech / pharmaceutical or other regulated industries is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
