Position : Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Organization : MyCHN – A nonprofit healthcare leader with 100+ providers and 15+ locations in the Greater Houston and Gulf Coast area
What You’ll Do :
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Train parents, teachers, and professionals on behavior support strategies
- Lead functional behavior assessments and implement evidence-based interventions
- Monitor data collection and adjust programming based on analysis
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and maintain communication with families and agencies
- Stay current with research and maintain BCBA certification through continuing education
What You’ll Need :
BCBA CertificationMaster's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related human services fieldTexas licensure as a Behavior AnalystExperience working with Children with autism in home or center-based settingsStrong leadership, communication, and organization skillsProficiency in ABA methodologies including DTT and natural environment trainingReliable transportation and flexible availabilityWhy You’ll Love Working With Us :
