Event Sales Manager

Quality Branded is hiring a Private Dining Sales Manager to join our team! This position manages all sales and sales initiatives for private dining events in assigned restaurant locations. The goal is to maximize revenue for banquet events and build strong client relationships, both with existing and new clients. This is a performance-based, commissions earning position and will be reviewed quarterly.

Responsibilities :

• Prospect, solicit, and secure private dining business -corporate and social.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings, presenting event spaces and menu options.
• Manage event sales cycle from inquiry to contract to execution. Greeting hosts at the beginning of events during the work week.
• Report on monthly basis to Senior Director of Private Events and Chief Operating Officer on all pro‐active sales efforts
• Partner with the operations team to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, track leads and sales performance.
• Represent the restaurant group at industry and networking events.
