As a Lead Lean Manufacturing Engineer you will be a vital player for Subsea Production & Services related manufacturing production and on-site support. You will work with a global team on improvement initiatives. Your role is instrumental in helping us to deliver energy to people around the world.

As a Lead Lean Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for :

• Provide technical guidance across the product life cycle supporting manufacturing activities (including resolution to non-conformance reports) quality and product readiness from bid to execution phases.
• Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes leading strategic initiatives to enhance process capability safety fulfillment productivity and quality in collaboration with global cross-functional teams.
• Partner with engineering supply chain production and quality teams to drive product developments technical analysis and risk assessments.
• Oversee assembly-related functions ensuring smooth integration into manufacturing operations and compliance with HSE quality cost and on-time delivery (OTD) targets.
• Improve pressure testing processes and procedures to ensure alignment with internal standards and policies.
• Produce working routes to the workshop as per internal practices.
• Guide and mentor junior manufacturing engineers fostering knowledge transfer and technical growth.
• Lead the Lean Journey initiative aiming process improvements across the Brittmoore facility.
• Develop standard work process documentation and visual management systems to drive operational efficiency and consistency.
• Coach cross-functional teams on Lean principles and practices promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
