Your Responsibilities as a Resident Sales Agent :

• Give Property Tours - A core duty as a property manager will be to give property tours and help the potential future resident envision themselves living in the property.
• Customer Service - Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Market Research - Stay up-to-date with local market trends and competitors to make recommendations for rent pricing and property improvements.
• Administrative Tasks - Maintain accurate records, files, and reports related to residents and property needs.
• Team Development - You will train, develop, and mentor service team members.
• Professional Development - Participate in required training.

Pay for this position ranges starting at $40,000-$43,000 depending on skills, experience, location, and other factors.
