We are seeking a passionate, motivated and experienced recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As a recruiter, you will have the opportunity to join a growing team and help drive change. This is a hybrid role and interested candidates must be able to commute to our Chicago office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high volume roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Utilize standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify active and passive talent
• Conduct interviews over the phone and via Zoom
• Lead post interview debriefs with the interview teams and candidates
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding technical recruiting trends
• Educate and coach managers on behavioral interviewing techniques and process
• Administer job posting processes aligned with existing protocols
• Extend and negotiate offers
• Provide ad hoc recruitment reports to management
• Recruit for non-high volume roles as needed
• Other duties as assigned
