The Echo Technician plays a crucial role in performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations using state-of-the-art technology. Your work will help us provide essential care to our valued patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct diagnostic ultrasound procedures following established protocols.
• Create high-quality diagnostic images using advanced ultrasound techniques.
• Select appropriate equipment settings based on the patient's specific needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring they understand the procedures and feel comfortable.
• Maintain accurate records by entering test data and patient information into the computer system.
• Assist physicians with ultrasound-guided biopsies and other procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of results by regularly calibrating and maintaining imaging equipment.
• Mentor and orient new staff members in best practices.
• Provide a safe environment for administering contrast materials.
• Monitor quality control measures to guarantee precise examinations.
• Assist with patient transport as needed.
• Follow standard safety precautions and use protective equipment.

Education and Experience :

Pay Range : $30.10 - $43.06 Hourly
