Job Details

We're seeking a talented Pastry Cook to join our team and help us elevate the culinary experience at Kaori. If you have a passion for cooking modern Asian cuisine, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are eager to contribute to our vibrant atmosphere, we’d love for you to be part of our exciting journey.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare ingredients and components handle kitchen equipment proficiently.
  • Make desserts based on following designated recipes.
  • Ensure dishes are presented attractively and taste delicious.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations in the kitchen.

Qualifications :

  • Certificate in culinary arts or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in fine dining as a Pastry Cook or relevant role.
  • Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen processes.
  • Creative flair and attention to detail in food presentation.
  • Knowledgeable about sanitation principles, food preparation, and nutrition.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
