Director of Alumni Giving

Job Summary

The Director of Alumni Giving ( DAG ) is dedicated to supporting fundraising initiatives for Alumni Relations. The DAG will report to the Executive Director of Alumni Relations. The DAG will implement extensive alumni engagement between the University / college(s) and external constituencies to encourage major gifts. Working with other members of the development team this frontline fundraising role will secure and sustain support from prospective alumni donors. The DAG will oversee a solicitation and stewardship plan for alumni donors.

Required Qualifications

EDUCATION : Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred. EXPERIENCE : 5 years of fundraising experience including closing major gifts from individuals. A proven track record setting and achieving ambitious goals. Excellent written oral and presentation skills required
