Responsibilities : Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow. Product scale-up from R&D into Production. Create and develop new product procedures and make modifications as necessary for current products. Assist in formulation, manufacturing process development, and scale-up of products from lab to production. Oversee the implementation of current processes.
