We are seeking an R&D Engineer to join our team. This role will involve managing and executing research and development activities for medical devices including product design validation risk management and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical device R&D product development ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 compliance design verification and validation and a passion for innovative healthcare solutions .

Job Description :

As an R&D Engineer you will be responsible for managing and executing key product development activities while ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and standards. The R&D Engineer will act as the primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders driving efficient execution of R&D initiatives and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan execute and oversee validation activities in alignment with ISO 13485 and ISO 14971 standards.

Manage daily operations and project activities at client locations serving as the primary link between the project team and stakeholders.

Lead new product development (NPD) and design change management processes.

Participate in product lifecycle management including design verification design validation and risk management activities.

Develop and maintain technical documentation to support regulatory compliance and internal processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design improvements and resolve technical issues.

Ensure R&D projects meet timelines quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems in medical device design and development.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.

Support continuous process improvements and innovation within the R&D team.

The R&D Engineer will play a critical role in advancing medical device innovation while ensuring compliance efficiency and safety across all product development activities. The R&D Engineer will also contribute to process optimization risk mitigation and effective collaboration across teams.
