Client Overview : We are hiring for a responsible AI Team at Microsoft, which is focused on developing and deploying AI systems while ensuring responsible and ethical practices. Role Summary : As a Non-IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing projects related to responsible AI initiatives. You will work closely with the team and various stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation of policies and best practices. Coordinate and manage projects, creating detailed plans to achieve project goals. Schedule and manage meetings, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Present and explain proposals, reports on project status, workback plans, and identified issues / risks. Analyze tools, resource needs, and requirements to assess the feasibility of project plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion and alignment with responsible AI initiatives. MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably within a tech company. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently. Preferred Skills and Qualifications : PMI or PMP certification.
