About the Role

We are hiring a compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join a reputable fertility practice in Houston Texas . This full-time role focuses on guiding patients through their fertility journey from initial consultation to treatment completion ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate new patient intake scheduling and follow-up appointments.

Provide detailed treatment instructions and coordinate with nursing and financial teams.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely communication.

Support patients with empathy and professionalism throughout their care process.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent healthcare experience.

2 years of experience in fertility OB / GYN or patient coordination preferred.

Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Knowledge of EMR systems and fertility treatment protocols a plus.
