Credentialing : 7 days Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Board Certified / Board Eligible : Board Certified or Board Eligible

Certifications : Fellowship preferred, ACLS, BLS

Licensure : Active Tennessee is required, Tennessee medicaid is required
