Monitor and analyze economic, airline, and ground handling industry trends to identify industry themes and perform scenario analysis and assess impact on company's growth strategy and competitive intelligence. Build and maintain financial and transactional models on companies operating in the aviation services space. Regular analysis of SEC filings of airline customers to model their financial health and risks and opportunities. Review of customer contract terms and understand elements in relationship to business Service Level Agreements and operational requirements and then develop and maintain models to predict resource trends and forecast demand to drive operational performance within the company portfolio. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and outliers, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Leverage advanced analytical tools and methodologies to proactively detect anomalies and discrepancies within data sets. Troubleshoot and investigate data issues, isolating root causes to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data findings, provide actionable insights, and implement corrective measures. Develop strategies for new market penetration, horizontal and vertical penetration of existing business, and increased profitability. Creation of pitch materials for new business opportunities.

Need at least a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equiv.) in Statistics, Finance, or Business Analytics. Need 6 mos. exp. as Statistician, Operations Analyst or related data analysis role within the airline industry. Need 6 mos. exp. collecting and translating data into actionable information to enable strategic business decisions by interpreting and analyzing financial and aviation operations data; Analyzing KPIs, financial targets and operational performance of aviation companies; Reviewing service level agreement terms and modelling financial impact; Providing monthly, weekly and adhoc analysis on various performance metrics including passenger wait times, staff productivity, and resource optimization using tools like R, Excel, VBA, and PowerBI.
