The Learning Strategy & Lms Lead is a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent development and organizational capability. This role responsible for envisioning, designing, and implementing comprehensive learning strategies across the organization. This position serves as the architect of learning experiences that drive organizational capability, engagement, and performance. The Global Lead will oversee learning management systems, curate and deliver innovative training programs for the entire organization, including critical talent segments, and deploy robust learning roadmaps and personalized journeys that align with both business goals and individual aspirations. This role will foster a culture where learning is strategic driver of success, and empower employees to grow, adapt, and thrive amidst change, enabling the organization to remain competitive and resilient in a rapidly evolving world.

What You Can Expect From RGA

Compensation Range : $104,350.00 - $155,350.00 Annual

Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
