Project Architect

Arquitectonica is an award-winning, design-focused architecture and planning firm with a worldwide practice of 500+ employees located in eleven offices.  Our Los Angeles office is seeking Architects with 6-10 years’ experience to join our team. Projects include Luxury Residential, Office, Hospitality, and Mixed Use / Retail.   What We Are Looking For :

• As a Project Architect at Arquitectonica, you will work on a variety of projects and be involved in the design, documentation, and construction of our projects.  You will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team and have the opportunity to join our company for a career that promises to be both challenging and rewarding   Roles and Responsibilities : Understand both architectural design and documentation processes, including all project stages.

Develop, prepare and coordinate presentation and documentation materials Develop and produce construction documents and detail sketches Generate and execute red-lined revisions Collaborate and coordinate with project consultants Analyze and prepare program, space planning and area calculations Work independently and with your team to meet project budgetary and schedule constraints Participation in regular project team, client and contractor meetings Regular communication with the designated Project Manager Construction Administration experience and capabilities preferred but not required Minimum Requirements :
