About the Job

We are seeking reliable and motivated FedEx Team Truck Drivers! As a W2 employee, you will enjoy competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a great work environment.

You’ll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods, operating a FedEx truck in a team environment going terminal to terminal.

Incentive Pay :

An additional 2 cents per mile if you join as a team.

An extra 2 cents per mile if you are already in the FedEx system.

Qualifications :

Class A CDL License with double and triples

2 years of driving experience

Job Summary

  • $0.7 - $0.75 CPM
  • 3,000 - 3,500 avg. miles per week per team

  • No Driver Load / Unload

Home Time

  • 14 - 28 expected days out
  • Get 3 days of home time for every 14 days worked
  • Home at least one weekend per month

  • Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
  • Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
  • Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
  • Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
  • Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
