Job Duties

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess the individual needs of patients and create personalized therapy plans designed to help them meet their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Leverage evidence-based practices to improve motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks for your patients
• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work collaboratively with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic health care
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapy methods to encourage continued progress at home
• Track Progress and Results : Document clinical findings and modify treatment approaches as necessary to ensure successful patient outcomes
