Procurement Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Procurement Specialist to support our growing operations in College Station. This role plays a critical part in sourcing and acquiring materials, equipment, and services essential to biotech and pharmaceutical development. While prior industry experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with strong procurement skills from other sectors who are eager to learn and grow in a regulated, science-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for lab equipment, raw materials, and specialized services
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement
• Manage purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery with vendors and internal teams
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments to understand procurement needs
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor performance, and compliance documentation
