Salary :

$70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts , partnering with leadership to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and maintain a clean, audit-ready general ledger.

Support the month-end and year-end close processes , including reporting and analysis.

Collaborate with leadership to enhance financial systems and implement process efficiencies.

Qualifications :

5+ years of hands-on accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience, including budgeting.

Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in GL management and reconciliations.

Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel; adaptable and eager to learn new tools and processes.
