A construction management and project management firm is seeking an Forensic Architect to help them identify and solve code and construction-related issues using ethical and comprehensive investigation methods at their Denver, CO office.

Your Day Includes :

Conducting onsite inspections with property owners / landlords to investigate and identify issues with construction or building

Reviewing and understanding construction plans, documents, and timelines for new or existing buildings, and standards of care

Providing detailed plans of loss, including repair structures, total loss, budget, and schedules

Communicating complex information effectively to various audiences with a wide range of technical understanding

Performing slip testing, analyzing evidence, and consulting on various construction claims, including surety, property, construction defect failures, and code compliance.

Must Haves :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

At least 10 years of experience in the field, with a minimum of 5 years of consulting experience

Strong Understanding of Building Code
