The Salesforce Delivery Director will lead enterprise-wide Salesforce delivery initiatives across Sales, Service, Health and Life Scienc and Marketing Clouds. This role ensures technical execution aligns with business objectives, drives platform maturity, and fosters innovation through scalable architecture and agile delivery practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce program(s) across multiple clouds and geographies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee solution architecture, integration strategy, and release planning forSalesforceimplementations. Manage cross-functional teams (internal and vendor) across scrum work-streams, ensuring quality, velocity, and budget adherence.
• Engage with business & cross-technology stakeholders to define future-state roadmaps for their respective business functions and drive delivery maturity through strategic planning and internal team growth :
• Collaborate with Salesforce Platform Director and Operational Directors to ensure that platform is secure, resilient and operationally efficient :
• People leadership, team management and talent development

Minimum Requirement - Degree or equivalentexperience. Typically requires12+ years of professionalexperience and 4+ years ofmanagement experience.

$144,200 - $240,300
