π§ What Youll Do
Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues
π Install & configure software, print drivers, and workstation tools
π₯ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues
π‘ Monitor systems, spot problems early, and take action
π€ Provide excellent client-facing support
π» Diagnose desktop / laptop software and application issues
π― What Were Looking For
13 years of related technical experience (or equivalent)
13 years of customer service experience
Strong communication & problem-solving skills π£π
Team player with flexibility and a great attitude π
Bonus Points If You Have
πΌ Previous experience troubleshooting desktops, printers, and notebooks
π Strong skills in Microsoft Office
π 13 years of technical support experience
