About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for its early learning center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and overseeing all aspects of the center's operations. This includes leading staff, guiding curriculum and program implementation, managing enrollment and finances, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. The Executive Director will also be tasked with driving continuous quality improvement, maintaining compliance with licensing regulations, and fostering strong relationships with families, staff, and the community.
Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include program and curriculum leadership, staff recruitment and development, family engagement, and operations and administration. The role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining program standards, supporting teachers, and monitoring child progress. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3-5 years' of leadership experience in early childhood, childcare, or nonprofit management, and a strong knowledge of early learning best practices. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to ensure compliance with safety and licensing standards. The Executive Director will also be expected to build partnerships with external organizations and represent the center in the community.
