Immediately Hiring Part-Time Remote Call Center Agents at notifyMD!

We handle calls for a variety of businesses from medical offices to apartment complexes and professional services ensuring every message is collected thoroughly and accurately. Our unique part-time shifts are specifically designed to align with our peak call volume, offering you a set schedule of 15-19 hours per week. This includes short, 2-3 hour shifts on weekdays and one longer 5-hour shift on a weekend day. You will have consistent routine and always know when you are working. Since our clients need support year round, holiday work is also a requirement of the job.

What You Will Do :

• Professionally handle a high volume of back-to-back incoming calls.
• Greet callers, provide and request necessary information, transfer calls, or take messages.
• Utilize our state of the art call processing system and other tools to prioritize customer needs effectively.
• This is an inbound only position; we do not perform any outbound telemarketing or sales calls.

What We are Looking For :

This is a remote, work from home position. You must have a dedicated home office with no distractions and a quiet setting with no background noise.

A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.

Strong command of the English language, with excellent spelling and grammar.

Computer proficiency in a Windows based environment.

Excellent attendance and reliability.

The ability to type 35 words per minute or more.

Bilingual skills in Spanish and / or French is a plus!

Technical Requirements :

A Windows PC or laptop (no Apple products, tablets or Chromebooks)

Your screen resolution must be at least 1600X900. Two monitors are preferred to help with efficiency.

A wired USB headset with a microphone

Broadband internet connection that can pass our speed test.

A direct Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi)

1 GB of available storage space

Compensation :

20 per hour

Training will last approximately 1-2 weeks.
