The Opportunity

As part of the Finance Consulting team you advise global organizations on improving efficiency in finance cycles such as Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You interact with clients at a senior level, drive overall project success, and develop top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree in Finance & Technology, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Banking and Insurance, Data Processing / Analytics / Science preferred

CPA, CFA preferred

Proficiency in finance efficiency and effectiveness

Knowledge of core finance cycles

Familiarity with finance technologies

Business intelligence tools experience

Developing finance operating models

Building client relationships

Supervising and coaching teams

The salary range for this position is : $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
