Additionally, there is a $10,000 bonus available. The compensation is paid on a per-point basis and is an estimate of the annual compensation based on years of experience. To thrive in this role, you should be able to implement care plans, communicate findings or changes in patient status to the Physical Therapist and physician, and educate patients and their families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety. Required certifications and licensures include an associate's degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy, a valid license to practice in the state of agency operation, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license for travel.
