Position Title : Oracle Fusion Security Analyst / Administrator

Position Responsibilities :
Join a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to ensuring the security and integrity of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM applications. The Oracle Fusion Security Analyst / Administrator helps maintain and support the security functionalities of these cloud-based applications, focusing on end-user access, auditing, custom security role design, and routine environment management. This position is crucial in upholding best practices for cloud application security, while also contributing to the overall operational effectiveness of enterprise Oracle systems.
Key responsibilities include :
- Effectively support user access and auditing for Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM SaaS applications.
- Administer and maintain user security and role-based access within Oracle Fusion Cloud, OTM, and EPM, providing guidance to users to ensure the right level of access to application functionalities.
- Import users and manage access using Oracles standard functionalities and processes.
- Monitor and audit user access across Oracle Fusion, OTM, and EPM applications to ensure compliance and minimize security violations, leveraging Oracle RMC tools.
- Identify and resolve security and auditing issues in close collaboration with internal Security, Network, Development, and Product teams.
- Participate in and manage application environmentsincluding supporting refreshes, outages, configurations, patching, and ongoing system monitoring.
- Facilitate the migration of technical SaaS and PaaS objects such as OIC, BIP, BICC, and ESS jobs.
- Respond to incidents and complete service tickets (such as Service Now) in accordance with agreed SLAs, ensuring effective support for business users.
- Follow up on service requests via My Oracle Support (MOS) and drive timely resolution for application issues.
- Support the management of Oracle SaaS application configurations, including importing and exporting backups and participating in patch management cycles.
Essential Skills, Experience
The ideal candidate will be experienced, passionate about best-in-class cloud security, and eager to contribute to both operational and strategic initiatives within a rapidly growing IT environment.
Minimum of 5 years overall experience in ERP Administration and Security, preferably within Oracle environments.Demonstrated experience in at least one full implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP).Comprehensive understanding of security frameworks, access controls, and role-based security within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM.Proficiency with Oracle RMC and securing Oracle SaaS applications.In-depth knowledge of managing and auditing user access, minimizing compliance violations, and ensuring secure application environments.Experience with patching Oracle SaaS environments and understanding the Oracle release cycle.Hands-on experience migrating configurations and managing application backups within Oracle SaaS platforms.Familiarity with Service Now, ticket management, and resolution tracking in line with SLA requirements.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across Security, Network, Development, and Product teams.Demonstrated leadership and ability to contribute as a team player in dynamic, fast-changing environments.Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills, with an emphasis on creativity and customer service orientation.High level of reliability, commitment, and enthusiasm for delivering quality support to business users.Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldor equivalent experience.Experience in leading security requirements, design, and rollout within Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects is strongly preferred.Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is a plus.ECCO Select is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
