Job Title : Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Description :

- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications to include : Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and Concur

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be able to represent the organization with a high degree of professionalism

Additional Details :
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications to include : Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and ConcurMain needs are managing the calendar, scheduling travel, inputting expenses and coordinating events and activities with the other admins.Quarterly, there are Power Weeks during which all the executives travel in from Monday to Wednesday.This person, along with team, will be responsible for organizing these events.This person should be proficient / advanced in MS365 especially Outlook, Concur and ZoomThis person must be a team player
