This opportunity is with a well-established business services organization operating within the construction industry. As a medium-sized company, they are known for delivering exceptional results and fostering a professional work environment.

Supervise all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all stages of construction.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project timelines.

Monitor daily operations and address any issues or delays promptly.

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and leadership teams.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in construction management.

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have :

• A strong background in construction management within the business services industry.
• Proven expertise in supervising commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.

• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
