Our agency has proudly served the community since January 2020 and is supported by a team of 4 talented professionals. Before opening the agency, I started in the industry under another agent in 2017. I was motivated to build something of my own, and State Farm provided the perfect opportunity to run my own business with strong culture, support, and community partnership.

I graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a degree in International Business and have a rich multicultural background. My commitment to the community runs deep; Im active in my church, participate in local service projects, and previously served as a missionary for two years.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Josue Rivera - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
