Education : Master of Social Work from an accredited program.Licensure : Active New York State LCSW License.Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience with children aged 6 and above.Requirements : Must have an active Medicaid; Bilingual (mandatory).Technical Skills : Child psychosocial assessments, evidence-based therapies, case management.Soft Skills : Cultural competence, empathy, strong communication with children and families, collaborative approach.Key Responsibilities :
Provide psychosocial assessments and therapeutic services to children aged 6+.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Maintain active Medicaid provider status.Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.Provide culturally competent care to diverse populations.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.Conduct family sessions and provide support to caregivers.
