Key Responsibilities
Assist the Facility Management Team with tactical planning and support facility engineering as needed
Manage small facility management tasks and coordinate special events
Oversee soft services vendors and ensure effective communication with clients and service providers
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
Ability to maintain professionalism under stress and manage work under time constraints
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with capability in customizing reports
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask without direct supervision
Flexibility with working hours
