Compensation : $33$36 per hour (based on experience)

A well-established, full-service general contractor with more than six decades of experience in Southern California is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Huntington Beach office. Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the administrative and operational aspects of multiple ongoing construction projects. This includes managing documentation, tracking project progress, and assisting with internal coordination across departments. The role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Accounting to ensure effective communication and workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project setup and maintain project files and records
• Process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation
• Maintain communication logs and project schedules using construction software
• Support field and office teams with task tracking and documentation
• Interface with accounting for billing, cost tracking, and vendor management
• Assist in ensuring compliance with project standards and deadlines
