About the Role

The Regional Managing Director, Industrial Development and Acquisitions will be responsible for owning the deal lifecycle for industrial real-estate investments, sourcing both marketed and off-market opportunities, underwriting and structuring transactions, negotiating LOIs and purchase agreements, coordinating due diligence, and driving closing. You will lead market strategy for your region, build and maintain stakeholder relationships (brokers, developers, owners, financiers), monitor regional market trends, and evaluate property-level metrics to inform acquisitions and development decisions. You will partner with design, construction, leasing, finance, and capital markets teams to support development and asset enhancements post-acquisition. You will present investment cases to executive leadership and investment committees, monitor portfolio performance, manage transaction risk, and supervise a team while ensuring alignment to firm investment objectives and standards.

Applicants should hold a Bachelors degree or higher in real estate, finance, business, or a related field. You must have 1015 years' experience in real-estate investment, acquisitions or development, especially in industrial, logistics or commercial property sectors. Deep expertise in financial modelling (including waterfall structures), underwriting, deal structuring, and valuations is required. Proficiency with tools such as ARGUS and advanced Excel is expected. You must have strong negotiation, market analysis, and stakeholder management skills, along with demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams. Prior track record in executing high-stakes regional deals, balancing development and acquisition agendas, and compelling investment presentations to senior leadership is essential.
