The Opportunity :

We are looking for a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for building complex projects the right way. Youll serve as the driving force behind successful project executioncontrolling costs, managing risk, and ensuring timelines and materials are aligned with client expectations.

What Youll Do :

• Lead and manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through close-out, each valued at $5 million or more.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate and order all necessary materials, ensuring just-in-time delivery and minimizing delays.
• Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Proactively handle change ordersnegotiating, documenting, and executing in accordance with project goals and contracts.
• Monitor job progress, enforce safety protocols, and maintain adherence to project specs and local codes.
• Lead project meetings, generate reports, and provide clear communication to stakeholders at all levels.
