Job Title : Registered Nurse – Critical Access Hospital (25-Bed Facility)

Location : Silver City  New Mexico 88061 (within 70-mile radius accepted)

Start Date : ASAP (immediate start available)

Schedule : 3 × 12 hour shifts, weekend availability a must

Join our tight-knit critical access hospital with a 25-bed facility designed to provide personalized care and true team-oriented support. Parking is free. Scrubs are royal blue for RNs. Charting is done in Meditech (or comparable EMR) — ideal for those who appreciate streamlined documentation and a cohesive care environment.

Position Summary

As an RN, you will provide direct patient care in a dynamic, rural hospital setting, working 12-hour shifts in a 3-day per week schedule (with weekends required). This is a guaranteed-hours opportunity for RNs licensed in New Mexico or holding a valid multi-state RN license covering New Mexico. First-time RNs are welcomed and supported.
