Gentle Care Home Services is a small business in Augusta, GA. We are inclusive, professional, social and our goal is to provide professional care to our clients with a happy and loyal staff.

We are looking for a LPN that will regularly assesses the needs of clients receiving nursing services. We are a Private-in-Home Care for children with a medical condition and diagnosed with special needs. Position will start as Part-Time.

Georgia LPN License

Clean criminal background check

Negative TB test

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) :

• One to one patient care in a home environment
• Execution of physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments, coordination of care
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
