job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMinimum of 3 years of strong sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Minimum of 2 years experience in the electrical trade Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Branded Company Vehicle – You’ll be responsible for taking care of it while using it to serve our customers iPad and Software Applications – We provide state-of-the-art digital tools for a smooth process for customer visits Training Program – As part of the Mr. Electric franchise, we offer in-depth training to advance your skills Competitive Pay and Benefits Electrical Sales Technicians earn $50,000 to $120,000 yearly Our Electrical Sales Technicians are paid a base hourly fee PLUS incentives based on performance, additional work sold, and overall job profitability Sedera Medical Cost Sharing www.sedera.com, and Direct Health Care system based in Jonesborough www.dhcplan.com Retirement program with 3% match, as well as pre tax options to select from Aflac. Paid Holidays and Vacation Our customers look to your expertise to help solve their issues and build confidence that their home will be safe You will help customers with various electrical needs, from installations to repairs This could range from installing basic fixtures to replacing a home's electrical panel and wiring You will provide and present accurate quotes to customers You are the face of Mr. Electric and will be interacting with the homeowner to deliver the customer service that we pride ourselves in You ensure the safety of both yourself and the people you serve, leaving their homes safer than when you first walked in You'll identify and present opportunities and solutions to the customer to ensure the safety of their family and property You’ll know the job was done right by paying attention to detail, inspecting and accurately quoting solutions for electrical concerns and delivering high-quality workmanship Top-Notch Customer Satisfaction – You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering an amazing customer experience Earn the trust of the customer by showing confidence as an electrical sales technician and providing customized recommendations Efficiency – To succeed in this role, you must do the job well and promptly You keep your promises to the customer and the team You are detail-oriented, both in your work and when communicating with the customers High Quality of Work – The work needs to be done correctly, the first time.
