Complex Litigation Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a boutique litigation firm based in the South Bay / Torrance, focused on high-stakes business, commercial, and real estate disputes. Their practice often involves complex matters such as partner and shareholder disputes, LLC member conflicts, and other sophisticated commercial litigation issues.

We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants to sharpen their litigation skills, take on substantive assignments, and play an integral role in complex case work.

DUTIES :

• Handle all aspects of complex, high-exposure litigation, including case evaluation, strategy, discovery, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions

Conduct depositions and assist in witness preparation

Perform legal research and draft analyses on nuanced legal issues

Manage discovery, including document review and analysis

Collaborate with partners and colleagues in a team-driven environment
